Using your account in different countries
Your Instacart account will work in countries where we deliver no matter which country you created your account. For example, if you live in the United States, you can use your account in Canada! There is no need to create multiple accounts.
Visit instacart.com to place an order in the U.S. and visit instacart.ca to place an order in Canada.
Please note that Canadian retailers don’t appear in the U.S. and vice-versa.
Available stores
Instacart Shoppers shop local stores in your area. To see which stores are available to you, visit our locations page. From there, select your state or province, or scroll down to see a list of available areas. Selecting the area name displays a list of available stores in that area.
We sometimes can't deliver from stores outside of your city limits because of local laws. Stores that used to be available to you may no longer be available.
Adding new stores
We’re always adding new stores you can order from. To stay in the loop as we add more stores, subscribe to Sales and Marketing email updates, or follow Instacart on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook.
